The Roadmap
Four phases. Each earned, not assumed.
Phase 2 only begins if Phase 1 is completed with integrity. There are no shortcuts.
Roots
Build the people before the party
- Recruit 10,000 vetted founding members across India
- Draft the constitution publicly — every clause debated, voted on
- Build tech: donation tracking, decision logs, member governance
- Run local study circles in 50 cities
- Establish the Character Committee for transparent leadership vetting
- Publish the first Annual Accountability Report before holding any power
Phase outcome
10,000 founding members. A working constitution. Real technology. No promises broken.
Emergence
Test ideas at the smallest scale first
- Contest municipal and panchayat elections in 100 constituencies
- Every candidate publicly vetted — finances, criminal record, competence
- Every rupee of campaign spending publicly disclosed in real time
- Pilot real-time governance dashboards in any municipality we win
- Build track record — judged on delivery, not speeches
- Expand study circles to 200 cities, 1 lakh active members
Phase outcome
A track record at the grassroots. Proof that transparent governance works. 1 lakh members.
Scale
Take the lessons to state level
- Contest assembly elections in 3–5 states with deep grassroots presence
- Field only candidates who have served at local level for 4+ years
- If we win a state: real-time budget transparency, AI-assisted delivery
- Build a governance operating system — open-source, available to any government
- Launch a national leadership pipeline: 1,000 verified candidates in training
- Prove that a government can run without corruption as a feature
Phase outcome
State-level governance proof. A national pipeline of tested leaders. The OS of clean government.
Reckoning
The national stage — only when ready
- National elections — only after 12+ years of verifiable track record
- Field candidates in every constituency where we have 5-year local presence
- Fully public, AI-audited government finance system if we form government
- Mandatory term limits and automatic exit for any leader convicted of corruption
- A permanent independent anti-corruption office, answerable only to citizens
- India ranked in the top 30 on the Corruption Perceptions Index
Phase outcome
Not a promise. A goal that only survives if every earlier phase is completed honestly.
What holds this together
The principles that govern the roadmap.
Track record before trust
No one leads this movement without years of verifiable public service. We will not hand power to anyone — including founders — without demonstrated character.
Technology is accountability
Every decision logged. Every rupee tracked. Every promise measured. Not as a slogan — as actual working software, open-source and auditable.
Slow is fast
We are building for 2045, not 2029. The temptation to compromise for short-term wins will be the biggest test. We intend to fail that temptation.
Community owns the agenda
The founding pillars are a starting point, not a decree. Every major policy position will be debated and voted on by the membership — not decided by a central committee.
This plan only works if people like you choose to be part of it.
We are at Phase 1. We need founding members who understand that this is a 20-year commitment — not a protest, not a shortcut, not a viral moment.
